Quality Policy

ISO 9001

The Management of SPED S.r.l. expresses the will to provide a service capable of fully satisfying the needs of its customers and stakeholders. As part of these intentions, it has implemented a Management System that complies with the Quality System (QMS) standards according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, for the following field of application:

“RESEARCH, DESIGN AND PROVISION OF INTEGRATED ENGINEERING SERVICES”

The application of this rule entails:

  • specify tasks and responsibilities in such a way that, in managing the Quality Management System, they concern the entire company organisation, from the Management down to each worker, each according to his or her attributions and competences;
  • consider the Quality Management System and its results as an integral part of company management
  • providing the necessary human and instrumental resources;
  • the commitment to periodically re-examine the Company Policy and the Management System implemented;
  • the commitment to define and disseminate the Quality objectives internally;
  • adopting preventive actions based on the analysis of complaints from interested parties and on the findings of audits;
  • constantly adapting the system (and therefore updating the Manual and related documentation) to the evolving needs at stake, and ensuring that the requirements are respected by all the personnel involved;
  • consolidating every improvement solution adopted and verifying customer satisfaction;
  • the commitment to maintaining the compliance of company activities with the applicable mandatory requirements on worker safety
  • paying attention to the needs of the parties involved, from the moment the service is requested to the moment it is provided, through a system of monitoring and evaluation of feedback;
  • pursuing constant innovation of know-how and standardization of methods and acquired experience;
  • systematically verifying compliance with contractual terms and mandatory requirements.

In implementation of the above, the objectives that SPED S.r.l. sets itself are:

  • identifying and analysing the present and future needs and expectations of customers and employees, regularly planning and scheduling company activities so as to ensure the constant satisfaction of such needs and expectations;
  • maintaining a Quality Management System aimed at continuous improvement;
  • establishing measurable macro-objectives for all company levels, aimed at prevention and improvement actions
  • train and sensitise personnel to ensure that these objectives are taken into account and that they have an adequate degree of involvement in operational decisions and process improvement;
  • make its Quality Policy available and circulate it to all interested parties;
  • periodically re-examine this policy, during management reviews, to ensure its continued suitability.

From the point of view of the continuous evolution, the Company will commit itself to the realization of the above, in the established times and ways and, to the definition of new objectives and choices compatible with the improvement of the company performances and to the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
